Draft policy · Effective upon publication

ShroomTalk respects your privacy. This policy describes information collected when you visit, create an account, purchase avatars, or interact with creators.

Information collected

We may collect your name, email, account and profile details, purchase history, avatar ownership, messages and content you provide, plus device, IP address, cookies and usage information. Payment providers process card details; ShroomTalk does not need to store full card numbers.

How information is used

We use data to run accounts, process orders, deliver avatars, support users, prevent fraud, improve services, and send communications you request.

Profiles and messages

Public profile content can be visible to others. Private messages are not intended to be public, but authorized personnel and service providers may access them for security, support, legal compliance or rule enforcement where necessary.

Sharing and cookies

We may share necessary data with hosting, payment, analytics and support providers. We do not sell personal information for money. Cookies may support sessions, essential functions, preferences and analytics.

Security, retention and rights

We use reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain data as needed for services, disputes and legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights.

Age and updates

ShroomTalk is intended for adults 18 and older. We may update this policy and post a revised effective date. For requests, use the contact details published on ShroomTalk.

Draft policy · Effective upon publication

By accessing ShroomTalk, creating an account, buying avatars or using services, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older and responsible for your account security.

Digital avatars

Purchasing an avatar grants a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to display it through supported ShroomTalk features. Artwork and intellectual property ownership do not transfer. Unless expressly stated, avatars are not NFTs, cryptocurrencies or investments.

Payments and final sales

Prices appear before checkout. By purchasing you authorize payment. Digital avatar sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or made accessible, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Creator subscriptions

If offered, subscription price, billing frequency, benefits, renewal and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase. Authorized recurring subscriptions may renew until canceled. Cancellation generally stops future renewals rather than reversing previous periods, subject to law.

Community standards

No harassment, threats, scams, impersonation, illegal conduct, disclosure of private information, or intellectual property infringement. We may remove content or restrict accounts to enforce rules.

Availability and ownership

Features may change or be suspended for operational reasons; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. ShroomTalk branding, artwork and software belong to their respective owners or licensors.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, ShroomTalk is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Applicable United States law and the business's jurisdiction govern, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Updates and contact

Terms may change with notice where required. Questions can be sent through published ShroomTalk contact information.

All digital avatar sales are final

Digital avatar purchases are non-refundable once the avatar has been delivered or made accessible to your account, except where required by applicable law.

We generally do not issue refunds for changing your mind, buying the wrong avatar, no longer wanting an avatar, not using it, or dissatisfaction with an accurately described product.

Exceptions

We review duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, undelivered digital products, and products materially different from their descriptions. Refunds or other remedies will be provided where required by law.

Subscriptions

Cancellation stops future renewals according to the terms shown at signup. Previously billed periods are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Payment concerns

Contact ShroomTalk support through the contact details published on the website for help with charges or delivery. This policy does not restrict lawful charge disputes or consumer rights.
